The main purpose of the role will be to act on behalf of the company as a bridge between the company’s leadership and its employees ensuring that the workforce is effectively recruited, supported, and aligned with the company ‘strategic business goals.

- Competitive salary: £31,000 to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience

The Role
Assist Head of HR with:
- Proving practical HR guidance to managers and employees
- Consulting with Directors and Senior Management to identify and discuss employment
vacancies and to function as a liaison between Employees and Senior Management on work related matters.
- Lead recruitment of white-collar roles in conjunction of the recruiting senior
- Ensuring correct documentation is issued and completed by new
- Human resources
- Issuing of Employment Offer Letters, contracts, and associated
- Maintaining Simply Personnel Database
- Monitoring / deal with staff issues, disciplinary hearings, investigations, inductions, interviews, appraisals (with Line Managers)
- Undertake exit interviews.
- Ensuring Employee records are maintained up to date and in accordance with current legislation.
- Provide comprehensive support throughout the employee lifecycle and maintain accurate, confidential employee records and documentation.
- Co-ordinate and recording Staff holiday
- Co-ordinate and recording
- Representing the Company at HR Functions and Meetings including Investigations and Disciplinary Matters
- Assist with Payroll
- Timesheets, Mileage Claims, Overtime calculations, OOH’s payments, price work
- Reconciliation with outsource Payroll
- Pension
- Any other duties and requirements applicable to the position
What You’ll Bring
The successful candidate will need to have excellent communications, planning and organisations skills along with a close attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of current employment legislation and practices relevant to employment law is required for this position together with having the ability to communicate with people at all levels on all matters relating to employment.
