We’re looking for a qualified Electrician to join our Response Team in the Wisbech area, delivering high-quality reactive repairs in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Competitive salary: £38,250 basic, with potential earnings up to £41,500

The Role
- Electrical repairs & maintenance – Carry out electrical work within social housing settings, with occasional testing requirements.
- Customer focused – Work in domestic environments, engaging with residents and collaborating with your team.
- Problem solving – Apply fault-finding skills to resolve issues effectively.
- Responsive repairs – Attend reactive, emergency, and routine repairs, plus occasional planned refurbishment in void properties. (Emergency call-out on a rota basis.)
- Safety first – Your wellbeing is our priority. Health & Safety is central to every aspect of this role.
What You’ll Bring
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification as an Electrician, or through a recognised body such as City & Guilds.
- 18th Edition certificate with AM2.
- Test & Inspect qualification desirable but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for improving people’s homes.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Full UK driving licence.
