We’re looking for a qualified Electrician to join our Response Team in the Wisbech area, delivering high-quality reactive repairs in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. With customers at the heart of everything we do, you’ll make a meaningful impact through every repair.

The Role

  • Electrical repairs & maintenance – Carry out electrical work within social housing settings, with occasional testing requirements.
  • Customer focused – Work in domestic environments, engaging with residents and collaborating with your team.
  • Problem solving – Apply fault-finding skills to resolve issues effectively.
  • Responsive repairs – Attend reactive, emergency, and routine repairs, plus occasional planned refurbishment in void properties. (Emergency call-out on a rota basis.)
  • Safety first – Your wellbeing is our priority. Health & Safety is central to every aspect of this role.

What You’ll Bring

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification as an Electrician, or through a recognised body such as City & Guilds.
  • 18th Edition certificate with AM2.
  • Test & Inspect qualification desirable but not essential.
  • Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for improving people’s homes.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
  • Full UK driving licence.
